Right of brands

Certain filess, such as logos or brands, are subject to copyright and require the agreement of a third party for the assignment of these rights. Licensee is responsible for providing all rights, agreements, and licenses for the use of the files.

Termination

This agreement shall automatically terminate without notice if you do not comply with the terms or conditions specified in this agreement. If you yourself wish to terminate this agreement, destroy the files, all copies and derivatives of the files and any materials related to it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Developer for any and all claims, liability performances, damages, costs (including attorney fees) or other liabilities that are caused by or related to a breach of this Agreement, which are caused by the use of the Website or files, by the non-compliance of the use restrictions of a files or which are caused by the claims of third parties regarding the use of a files.

Warranty and Liability

The Website and the files are provided "as is" Developer does not accept any warranty or liability regarding a files, the website, the accuracy of the information or rights described therein or the licenses, which are subject to this agreement. Developer is not liable for damages, costs, losses or claims incurred by you, another person or entity by the use of the Website or the filess.

This privacy policy informs you of policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with delivering and use of the services via the website. As a general rule, it is possible to use the website without providing any personal data. General

We built the Some Smiles app as a free app. Some Smiles is an application designed to help you to discover the gallery of free SVG images which you can view and download for your personal use.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, do not use Some Smiles.

Permissions

Our application is using next permissions to provide you the best experience of functionality:
INTERNET
This permission we need to help your device to connect to our server for displaying the content of the image gallery.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
This permission we need to access to your device storage. It helps you to download any images that you can find in our gallery of the application.
